We have used a number of their services including the Comprehensive Pre-employment Assessment. This service is invaluable when employing new staff. The report is concise and easy to read yet still provides all the details that we need to assess the prospective person’s suitability for the job.
A number of our staff have been referred to Hemisphere Health for treatment after injuring themselves at work. The feedback has been very positive from everyone who has been there and there has been a reduction in the number of days that staff are off work. Hemisphere Health also provide the manager of the business unit with a Clinical Summary with recommendations for the on-going treatment of the injured employee.
We have recently introduced a Wellbeing programme created by Hemisphere Health that enables our staff to visit them for any Wellbeing situations, whether work related or not. This has been well received by our staff who know that they can go to Hemisphere Health and receive professional counselling privately and anonymously.
