Mental Health First Aid Training

This workshop enables staff to identify signs of mental stress or distress, then teaches them how to communicate confidently to ensure access to appropriate support or care.

A 2-hour practical Mental Health First Aid Awareness workshop with trained Health Professionals provides an overview of mental health and ill health, what can go wrong, and what to do? The workshop is for individuals or workplaces in small groups.

SAY: Teach people how to have difficult conversations and be confident with what to say
DO: Take action to ensure people are supported in the workplace and beyond
